Guestbook for RITA CIOFANI KERCHER Showing 1 - 5 of 5 entries.

Rita was one of the greatest gifts Cleveland has ever been given. She was a passionate, loving, sweet, and kind woman who believed in the goodness that resides within each of our hearts. I pray we will continue to honor Rita's memory through having compassion for those who are in need, doing random acts of kindness for others on a daily basis, and more than anything else we will not harbor hatred in our hearts.
Lets try to be more like Rita in this time of loss, She believed in our potential and never judged. We too must look past this horrific act and remember to continue her crusade for a better world through love.
Rita's family, words cannot express how deeply sorry I am for your loss.
To the men and woman all over Cleveland Rita inspired and helped, don't stop trying! Reach out to another individual in need and keep her dream alive..
We will all miss you Rita!

Although I did not know her, I was deeply affected by the stories in The Plain Dealer of her devoted service to homeless people and domestic violence victims, and I offer my condolences to her family and colleagues, and to those she served at the VOA shelter. It is such an incomprehensible tragedy that her death resulted from her efforts to serve and care for another.

To the family with deep sympaty: It is so heartbreaking to hear of Rita's death and the circumstances. My hope and prayer is that you may find comfort in God and His promises to end cruelty and reunite us with our loved ones that have died. I have truely been comforted by this. Know you are not alone as you grieve. I am just a distant neighbor and friend but I am thinking of you and send my love. Please, contact me anytime.

I was one of the nurses caring for your wife/mother in the ICU at Huron Hosp. I just wanted to say how deeply saddened we all were. I wanted to tell you I was holding her hand and talking to her when she passed and she was not alone. Again, I am very sorry.
